Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Wealth Product and Solutions team at TIAA. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering best-in-class wealth products in partnership with 3rd party solution providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute on the third party solution roadmap by launching new wealth products and solutions.
- Scan the marketplace to identify the best-in-class solution providers, develop business cases, and define success KPIs.
- Influence, partner, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, risk, compliance, technology, and operations, to successfully launch new products.
- Develop product positioning, lead go-to-market activities, and ensure delivery of successful results aligned with overall business strategy.
- Gather customer and advisor feedback and monitor performance metrics to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- University degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience required; 7+ years preferred.
