  • Guide and develop accounting team members to improve their professional capabilities
  • Coordinate audit processes and compliance assessments with various stakeholders
  • Remain informed on accounting regulations and ensure full compliance with GAAP
  • Lead special initiatives and conduct analyses as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in accounting leadership roles with a record of clean financial audits
  • Experience in professional services, particularly in staffing and project accounting
  • CPA certification is mandatory
