Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Leadership Role

At Summit Health, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to join our primary care team in Mission Valley. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our network.
The ideal candidate will be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience. You will possess strong communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive healthcare services to adult patients, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
* Conduct thorough health histories and physical assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California (or eligible for licensure).
* Active DEA registration (or eligible for registration).
* Medicare/Medicaid enrollment (or eligible to enroll).
* Basic Life Support certification (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
