Leadership Role in TransPerfect Connect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team at TransPerfect Connect. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our call center operations, driving performance improvements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- • Managing team leaders to ensure program productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives are met
• Developing competencies required in front-line managers to have a fully engaged, highly skilled, and effective team
• Collaborating with various departments to resolve client issues and drive performance improvements
• Providing regular updates on processes and procedures to stakeholders
Required qualifications include 5+ years of call center leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead, direct, and motivate others. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
