A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to lead our Mission Valley Clinic team, delivering exceptional patient care and advancing our mission to simplify healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Promote high-quality patient care while working independently or collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Deliver comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records using Athena EMR system.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree from an accredited program and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient clinical settings, preferably in an Advanced Practice Provider role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Current, unrestricted licensure in practicing state or eligibility for licensure.
  • Active DEA registration and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
