Job Description

Job Summary:

Spencer Thomas Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior HCM Implementation Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading HCM provider and make a significant impact on the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of HCM solutions for clients, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Provide expert-level knowledge of HCM solutions, including implementation best practices and technical requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our implementation processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least three years of experience in project management, preferably in the HCM industry.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or equivalent professional project management certification.
  • Experience with ADP WorkforceManager, UKG Dimensions, Kronos WFC/WorkforceCentral, ADP eTime, or other similar systems.
  • Implementation experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies.
  • Knowledge of functional area and related company products.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Vision.
  • Commitment to being accountable for results.
  • Capacity for building relationships both internally and externally.
  • High focus on client service.
  • Ability to think independently and make decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative approach to work.
  • Capacity to effectively lead a team of peers to adhere to the overall project timeline.
