In the role of Senior Oracle HCM Engineer (Senior Business Systems Engineer), you will take charge of supporting integrated technology frameworks that encompass development, troubleshooting, system configuration, data integrity, testing modifications, and generating reports. This position requires collaboration with senior management to deliver innovative human resource system solutions and operational assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, support, and maintain applications within the enterprise HRIS landscape.
  • Establish technical specifications and standards for projects while coordinating tasks for team members.
  • Provide technical assistance for various HR systems.
  • Work alongside teams to ensure business requirements are fulfilled with scalable solutions.
  • Engage in code and design evaluations, adhere to technical standards, and mentor junior staff.
  • Effectively communicate with users, peers, and management to resolve technical challenges.
  • Contribute to enhancing operations, mitigating risks, and improving system reliability.
  • Assist in the creation of test plans, user acceptance test scenarios, and training materials.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS HCM / Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Payroll.
  • Proficient in PLSQL and integrations with both on-premises and cloud applications.
  • Solid background in supporting HR and Benefits systems.
  • Experience with talent and learning management systems.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently, managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working with minimal oversight.
