About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our medical device implementation projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans for medical device implementations, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and forecasting needs to ensure financials are in check.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors, handling contracts and coordinating deliverables.
  • Network Deployment: Supervise the deployment of network infrastructure for medical devices, working closely with IT teams to ensure smooth integration.
  • Team Management: Guide and support cross-functional teams, including software developers, hardware engineers, and field technicians, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project continuity.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project plans, status updates, and post-implementation reviews, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement and best practices.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within the medical device industry, with expertise in implementation, vendor management, network deployment, and budget management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
