Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible vision solutions.
  • Assist customers in selecting frames, coordinating measurements, and providing guidance on optical measurements.
  • Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, adhering to company standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
