Low Slope Roofing Sales and Project Lead

Compensation: Base Salary plus commission $120,000 +
Key Responsibilities
* Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Project Management: Oversee all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish, coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters.
* Customer Relations: Communicate effectively with customers throughout the entire roofing process, address customer concerns and questions promptly.
* Financial Management: Manage project budgets and ensure timely payment collection.
Qualifications and Skills
* Valid Driver's License
* Proficiency in basic computer and internet skills
* Physical fitness to lift up to 50 pounds and climb roofs
* Strong work ethic and self-motivation
* Proven sales experience in the commercial construction industry, with a focus on selling products and services to property management companies, asset managers, REITs, insurance agents, building owners, architects, developers, engineering firms, and general contracting firms.
