**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Business Operations team at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist management in supervising associates in assigned areas of responsibility, assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and providing direction and guidance on member service approaches and techniques.
  • Communicate and support membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and encouraging membership renewals.
  • Provide and ensure member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and ensuring club pick-up orders are filled.
  • Oversee assigned areas of responsibility by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, and maintaining parking lot operations.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.
  • Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
  • Lead and participate in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools, determining customer needs and business priorities, coordinating and executing work assignments, and providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved.

**Requirements**

  • 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Leading a front-end team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
