Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a full-stack team of developers and engineers.
• Establish an operational rhythm that fosters experimentation and learning.

• Collaborate closely with Product teams to define feature specifications and ensure effective prioritization and execution of opportunities.

• Work with internal teams to guarantee that new products and features are seamlessly scaled to meet business requirements.

• Partner with peers on specifications, code evaluations, and testing processes.
• Play a pivotal role in all architectural, coding, testing, and deployment decisions.
• Mentor team members to cultivate a high-performing and engaged team.
• Meet key performance indicators for the development team and take responsibility for them weekly.
• Collaborate with Dev-Ops and QA teams to deliver high-quality software and ensure operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• Over 6 years of experience in software development.
• More than 4 years of experience managing high-performance teams delivering software and/or services.
• At least 3 years of experience providing operational support for mission-critical applications.
• Proven track record of leading high-performance teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Git, Visual Studio, C#, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools such as Team City is a plus.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is beneficial.
