  • Staff Deployment: Support the Restaurant Manager in assigning staff and deploying them effectively to meet business needs.
  • Vendor Management: Support the Restaurant Manager in completing supplier and other vendor orders.
  • Self-Assessment: Conduct self-assessments and develop action plans to improve performance and drive business growth.
  • Restaurant Budget: Ensure the restaurant budget is met as determined by the franchisee.
  • Cash Management: Manage cash over/short in the restaurant and ensure team members are following the franchisee's cash management policies.
  • Engage with Field Operations: Engage with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as appropriate.

Management Responsibilities

  • Recruit and Hire: Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members.
  • Performance Appraisal: Assist team and shift lead performance appraisal process.
  • Coach Team Members: Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements
