Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Hyatt Place Canton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience. Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register guests, process payments, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve problems that may arise during guest stays, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, provide support, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adapt to changing situations, priorities, and guest needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.
  • Certifications: Familiarity with hotel software and systems, such as property management systems and point-of-sale systems.
