About the RoleFord Audio-Video Systems is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-Suite leaders and senior executives
• Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical or capital equipment sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms
• Strong passion for learning and growth in a technology-focused industry

Compensation and BenefitsYour estimated annual salary for this role is $250,000+, which includes a competitive base salary, commissions, and performance-based incentives.
