Ecommerce Account Director Job Description

Elite Path Solutions LLC is seeking an Ecommerce Account Director to lead our vendor partnerships and drive performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving account performance, leading contract negotiations, and cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience. The salary range may vary depending on location and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as an Account or Vendor Manager in an ecommerce environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SQL experience is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive performance by analyzing and improving account performance.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform key business decisions.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management or vendor management with a track record of success.
  • Experience working directly with executives and ability to confidently present to senior leadership.
  • A balanced skill set that includes both sales-oriented mindset and strong analytical abilities to interpret data effectively.
