Responsibilities:

  • Stay current on all vehicle specifications and technology
  • Educate new associates on vehicle specifications and details
  • Create continuous education programs for associates
  • Host Technology Clinic learning sessions for customers
  • Assist sales and service departments with product questions
  • Help with vehicle deliveries as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Genuine desire to serve
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multi-task with tight timeframes
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong attention to processes and systems
