POSITION STATEMENT:

We are seeking a select group of trainees to complement our esteemed team of detailers. Our detailers are tasked with upholding the quality of our fleet.

Under the guidance of the Detail Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior cleanliness of all RMA vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, shuttle buses, and occasionally, motor coach buses.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Thoroughly hand wash vehicles, ensuring each one receives the necessary care.
  • Maintain interior cleanliness through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and glass cleaning.
  • Document and organize all washing and cleaning schedules.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Manage the request and inventory of all janitorial supplies required for vehicle cleaning.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

A valid driver's license issued by Texas or another state is necessary to operate the class of vehicle you will be cleaning.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • Sign-on bonus structure: $1,200 at $100/month for 12 months, $600 at $50/month for 12 months; payments cease if employment is terminated before the final payment.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Minimum one year of detailing experience.
  • CDL Class A or B preferred.
