About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at ADP. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within a defined territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of success in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
