Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Brian Downes - State Farm Agency. As an Account Developer, you will play a crucial role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the office management to achieve both team and individual goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements:
- Insurance sales experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Ability to make product presentations over the phone and in person to potential customers
- Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance products
- License/Certification:
- Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
