Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven sales professional to join our team. As a Licensed Sales Professional, you will be responsible for meeting new business production goals and objectives, soliciting new business through various lead sources, and developing ongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other industry professionals.
Responsibilities:- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicit new business through telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other industry professionals.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Prospect and generate new business through leads and referral sources.
- Generate insurance quotes.
- Call prospective customers using VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Maintain phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
