Account Manager Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in our daily business operations and customers' success. Your primary responsibility will be to grow our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Your attention to detail, sociable nature, and sales-minded approach will make you an excellent fit for our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

Qualifications:

  • Active California Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license.
  • California Life & Health insurance license (must obtain within 60 days).
  • Experience in sales or managing client relationships is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a dedication to customer service.
