Key Responsibilities- Admissions and Enrollment Management
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and admissions strategies to attract and enroll high-quality students in our graduate law programs.

- Marketing and Communications
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our graduate law programs and increase visibility and awareness among potential students.
- Collaborate with the university's marketing and communications team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Manage the development and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Student Services
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with student organizations and clubs to promote student engagement and involvement.
- Develop and implement programs and services to support student success and retention.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect and analyze data on student enrollment, retention, and graduation rates.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve student outcomes and increase enrollment.
- Provide regular reports and updates to university leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; J.D. preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in enrollment management, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience working in a higher education setting.
- Knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in Spanish.
