Job Summary:

As a Laboratory Associate, you will play a crucial role in our mission by contributing to the immunohistochemical staining of tissue samples and providing essential support to our Project Managers throughout various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform immunohistochemical staining of tissue samples with high precision and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Utilize and maintain general laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, pipettes, and more.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with team members.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment that values open and honest communication, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Familiarity with general laboratory equipment and techniques.
  • Experience in immunohistochemistry (IHC) is preferred but not required.
  • Background or coursework in Pathology/Histology is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to maintain organized records.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
