Job Description

This Social Worker position plays a vital role in delivering casework services to clients within the five boroughs. The successful candidate will maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and external agencies while adhering to HKS's Mission and Values.

Essential Duties:
  • Provide assessment, Level 1, and Level 2 counseling services as needed
  • Complete casework paperwork and documentation in a timely manner
  • Offer outreach services to advocate for clients
  • Schedule and maintain client appointments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work
  • Social Work Licensure in the State of New York (LMSW or LCSW)
  • Experience working with adults and children with disabilities an asset
Salary and Benefits:
  • $70,000 - $75,000 annual salary
