About The Job
The Social Work Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the quality of care provided by our staff members. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and supervision to our staff, as well as training and supervising them to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.

Responsibilities
• Supervise clinical/case planning staff members to ensure they are providing high-quality care
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• LCSW preferred, LMSW with clinical experience
• A minimum of three years of related experience in Child Welfare and/or Family Therapy

Compensation
This position offers a competitive salary range of $16 - $17 per year, commensurate with experience.
