Job Summary:

Sysmex America is seeking a highly skilled Regional Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Regional Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for developing the knowledge and expertise needed to move into a Service Engineer position and service the Sysmex product lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully complete all training to perform the duties of a Field Service Technician.
  • During the training program, travel within service districts to work with a mentor or assist with service-related tasks.
  • Upon successful completion of the training program, provide service support in their respective service districts.
  • Travel during the training period may be up to 50% within the United States.
  • Accept an SE or related position after the successful completion of the program.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or 0-3 years of experience in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Clinical Laboratory Science.
  • Completion of Sysmex-certified instrument training.
  • A valid driver's license or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
  • Ability to relocate to any of our service districts throughout the U.S.
  • General computer knowledge in a Windows environment.
