Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Registration Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a Patient Registration Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth registration process for patients, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive patient information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify Patient Information: Confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Maintain professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
  • Copay Collection and Patient Flow: Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients and facilitate patient flow from point of entry to the destination, ensuring a seamless experience.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Some office, food service, or retail experience required, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear understanding and resolution of issues.
  • Customer Service Focus: Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Work Environment

This is a contract-to-hire and full-time (40 hrs/wk) position, with a rotating schedule (Overnight after daytime training). The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
