Your Responsibilities:
The Title Services Specialist will manage title service processing to ensure compliance with all client service level agreements (SLA's) and PAR quality standards.
Proficiency in customer service, state titling processes, recovery affidavits, and effective communication with auction houses is essential.
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, copying, and support for non-title processing services.
Collect and prepare documents for shipment to their final destination.
Complete title and/or registration applications, recovery affidavits, and track transactions across all U.S. jurisdictions.
Input new title requests into the title inventory system.
Engage with the Department of Motor Vehicles and Title Services Vendors for daily updates.
Prepare and distribute title invoices that involve fees or charges.
Review all titles and related documents for assigned clients to determine necessary actions for providing negotiable titles.
Post title information to remarketing units in inventory.
Create, sign, and maintain documents confirming the movement of title work within PAR North America.
Accurate identification of each title is crucial.
Prepare, audit, and maintain records related to state-required fees for processing individual titles.
Communicate changes regarding state processing of title applications to the Title Supervisor and Manager.
Maintain a quick reference guide with information pertinent to daily title needs.
Keep up-to-date files with current information and required forms for applying for new, duplicate, or repossession titles from each state.
Familiarize and effectively use all PAR internal computer systems.
Maintain open communication lines with all assigned clients.
Report any concerns to supervisors or management.
Provide management or clients with necessary reports as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fast and accurate typing skills – 45-60 WPM.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and telephone skills.
Proficient in computer applications – Windows and Google Suite.
Essential Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Secondary degree preferred.
Prior experience in general office tasks and data entry is preferred.
