Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Performancereview. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, processing vendor requests, and supporting our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with established vendors via email and phone to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Process vendor requests for purchase orders, payment updates, and settlement reporting in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support our business development representatives and executive management in achieving sales goals
  • Update progress tracking reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Manage additional vendor accounts as needed, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic word processing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic spreadsheet manipulation skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
