About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team of experienced Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets in 3-4 retail locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to meet or exceed established KPIs.
  • Develop and execute recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent in all assigned locations.
  • Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.
  • Represent the model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination of Premium and the client.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Wireless or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, required.
  • Proven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
