Key Responsibilities
  • Lead research and development efforts in Cybersecurity, focusing on emerging technologies and CNO capabilities.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex Cybersecurity challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the Cyber mission and chart the future direction of Cyber for Leidos and CABA.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and ideas to colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Work with the team to devise new features, vulnerabilities, and techniques in systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 12 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in system-level programming or development of embedded systems.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Assembly for x86, PowerPC, MIPS, or ARM.
  • Expertise in reverse engineering hardware, firmware, and software.
  • Experience utilizing and extending Ghidra, IDA Pro, Radare, Rizin, or Binary Ninja.
  • Experience in vulnerability research and the application of fuzzing tools.
  • Knowledge of network programming and protocols.
  • Experience using commercial or open-source signal and protocol analyzers.
  • Scripting experience with Python, Ruby, or JavaScript to generate and demonstrate prototypes and proof of concepts.
  • US Citizen with an active TS Security Clearance and willingness and ability to upgrade to TS/SCI with Poly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • US Citizen and a TS/SCI with Poly Security Clearance.
  • Familiarity with various Linux distributions, Real-Time Operating Systems (e.g., VxWorks, Integrity, QNX) or POSIX compliant Operating Systems like Solaris or BSD.
  • Familiarity with advanced networking concepts and communications systems.
  • Experience with network test equipment i.e., Spirent/Ixia/Xena.
  • Understanding of platform virtualization and emulation.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
