Your Role
As an LPN on our team, you'll be responsible for administering medications and treatments, collaborating with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care, and providing emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families. You'll also maintain accurate and detailed medical records and participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need a current and valid LPN license in Massachusetts, proven experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
