Make a Difference in the Lives of Children with Disabilities

Crystal Springs is seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our Children's Program. As a Residential Caregiver, you will provide quality medical care and direct support services to medically fragile children with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support services to children with developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Monitor and report any changes in a child's medical condition
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • CNA certification in the Commonwealth of MA
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a CNA
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus
