Job DescriptionAs a Business Solution Developer Specialist, you will play a key role in our team, collaborating with FIS Global to build an inclusive and just employment ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze user requirements to determine EPM system configuration and/or customization, evaluating business needs for system customizations, conducting cost/benefit analysis, and producing technical designs for identified customizations.
You will work closely with functional subject matter experts and/or other internal professionals to define detailed requirements, analyze business needs, and validate solutions with clients, translating them into configuration and/or customization technical design.
Additionally, you will actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, assist the team with program increment (PI) planning preparation, and user story creation. You will also analyze systems specifications, use the latest analysis tools to represent business/technical processes in a system solution, and mentor less experienced developers, including peer review and knowledge transfer as needed.
Other key responsibilities include collaborating with technical support teams to plan and complete knowledge transfer sessions, developing individual modules and functions as identified through technical design, developing conversion and implementation plans, and ensuring successful implementation of EPM system changes, monitoring changes for increased efficiency.
You will also take proactive measures to ensure optimal application and system performance, work to address any performance issues, write and execute thorough technical and functional test plans to ensure EPM system changes are working properly, and assist leadership with EPM roadmap by keeping up to date on the latest EPM cloud solutions and how they may fit into overall architecture.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $123, $207,980.00, and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
