Position Overview

As a key member of our Area Reservations Sales team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences at our three properties. We are in search of motivated individuals who embody professionalism, friendliness, and a passion for hospitality. This position is primarily based at the San Diego Mission Bay Resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming reservation sales inquiries for our properties, ensuring a seamless experience for potential guests.
  • Identify guest needs and proactively offer tailored options to enhance their stay.
  • Accurately input reservation and guest information into our Property Management System.
  • Promote seasonal offerings and current promotions to guests, maximizing their experience.
  • Prioritize candidates with prior experience in reservations sales.
