About Us:

CUMULUS MEDIA operates multiple radio stations, reaching a wide audience in the local area. Our portfolio includes several popular stations that connect with thousands of listeners every day.

The Promotions Assistant will travel to various events, serving as a Brand Ambassador for our stations. Responsibilities include setting up promotional displays, interacting with listeners, and managing prize registrations. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the technical and physical setup of remote broadcasts and station events, troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Represent the stations positively at events, engaging with attendees in a friendly manner.
  • Support the Promotions and Marketing Department with various office projects.
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance and inspections.
  • Drive station vehicles as needed (training will be provided).
  • Manage the storage and maintenance of promotional equipment.
  • This role involves significant outdoor activity and is not limited to office work.
Qualifications:
  • No prior experience is required, though customer service experience is beneficial.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
  • Must be reliable, flexible, and available for a minimum of 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds is required.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong multitasking skills are essential.
  • Experience with event coordination is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram is advantageous.
