The successful candidate will possess comprehensive experience in various aspects of human resources. They will be adept at onboarding new hires and gathering essential background information, as well as providing support to employees in their roles. This individual will collaborate closely with management to deliver training programs and devise strategies to enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analyze workforce trends to identify opportunities for improving employee engagement and retention
- Maintain a thorough understanding of legal regulations to mitigate risks associated with employee management
- Support management in resolving workplace conflicts
- Establish and uphold the company's ethical standards, values, and culture
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and oversee immigration documentation, tax compliance, and benefits administration
- Travel to multiple facilities within a manageable driving distance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in human resources or a related discipline
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven track record in onboarding processes and managing HR functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with California employment regulations
