This individual will collaborate closely with management to deliver training programs and devise strategies to enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analyze workforce trends to identify opportunities for improving employee engagement and retention
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of legal regulations to mitigate risks associated with employee management
  • Support management in resolving workplace conflicts
  • Establish and uphold the company's ethical standards, values, and culture
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and oversee immigration documentation, tax compliance, and benefits administration
  • Travel to multiple facilities within a manageable driving distance

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in human resources or a related discipline
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proven track record in onboarding processes and managing HR functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with California employment regulations
