Job Title: Human Resources Director, Americas

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR functions for the Americas region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving people strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring workforce effectiveness, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide key site operations in California, Houston, Pittsburgh, and Brazil.
  • Drive HR strategies related to recruitment, retention, and performance management to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs across all locations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across multiple regions.
  • Implement learning and development programs to foster employee growth and engagement.
  • Drive process improvements and the implementation of HR technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the sector President and executive leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably within a multinational organization.
  • Experience in HR management within manufacturing or industrial environments, with an understanding of the challenges and dynamics of these sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR for geographically dispersed teams and work effectively in cross-cultural environments.
  • Strong skills in talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance across the Americas.
  • Experience supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage HR operations across multiple locations with a focus on continuous improvement.

Pay Range: $170,000 annually, with individual pay determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to the job requirements.
