Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement plans to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor expenses and establish controls to ensure profitability.
  • Implement quality assurance programs and oversee compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement procedures to minimize OSHA reportable injuries.
  • Monitor supervisory personnel performance to ensure fair and equal treatment of employees.

Requirements

  • Engineering and/or Business Management degree preferred, or extensive experience in the turbo machinery service.
  • A minimum of five years managerial experience.
  • A proven leader and motivator with strong planning and analytical skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of high-speed rotating equipment overhaul, installation, and operation.
  • Working knowledge of chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and industrial process a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $152,000 - $192,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, vacation, sick leave, etc.
