About the Role

The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Regional Center, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, and developing long-term goals for the delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the staff and program activities of the agency
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements

  • Coordinate and supervise intra-agency activities
  • Direct all financial operations of the agency
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, experience working in a non-profit organization, and a proven track record of leading a team to achieve desired results.

The Executive Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve services and outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and advocacy groups
  • Managing a budget of approximately $50 million and overseeing the financial operations of the agency
  • Providing leadership and direction to a team of direct reports and staff
Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • An advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior management position in healthcare or a related field
  • Experience working in a non-profit organization, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
