About the Role

MathWorks is seeking a highly skilled CRM Applications Manager to lead our Salesforce implementation and manage a team of systems analysts and developers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a roadmap for various business areas leveraging Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with business partners to understand priorities and staffing capacity.
  • Project Management: Lead the team to implement planned projects, including analysis, configuration, and development.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce product roadmap and industry trends.
  • Product Development: Create and manage MathWorks Salesforce roadmap and provide R&D for new features, business needs, and app exchange products.
Team Management
  • Team Leadership: Manage systems analysts and web developers supporting the Salesforce system.
  • Roadmap Development: Work with systems analysts to develop Salesforce roadmap for different business areas.
  • Business Liaison: Work with business area liaisons to understand their goals and requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Manage Salesforce developers to design and implement solutions that balance business needs with technical simplicity.
Qualifications
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and product roadmaps.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with Sales and Marketing domains.
  • Management Experience: Experience managing systems analysts and developers.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certifications a plus.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required. 2 years management experience is required.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce and management.
