Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Specialist to join our team at Lucid Motors. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless delivery process for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance: Perform and verify vehicle intake inspection to ensure inbound cars comply with quality standards.
  • Delivery Support: Prepare vehicle and delivery area for customer delivery experience, print and prepare required paperwork, and support delivery associates with ceremony and orientations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage physical vehicle inventory, coordinate with internal teams for inventory vehicle requests, and ensure inventory is well-maintained and appealing.
  • Logistics Coordination: Track status of built-to-order/inbound inventory vehicles, work with logistics and transportation teams in case of delays, and update sales team on status of vehicle readiness.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in operations or support role.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, focused on providing great experiences, self-starter, quick thinker, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment.
  • Education: Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year and physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency: Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Experience: Prior experience in the automotive sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related discipline.
