Contract Compliance Specialist

As a Procurement and Acquisition Manager at Arcfield, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our contracts. You will work closely with our business sectors and program management personnel to ensure successful delivery on contractual requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contract strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage contract relationships with customers and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policy, federal regulation, and contract terms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 10-13 years of contracts management experience or a master's with 8-11 years of experience or a PhD with 6-8 years of experience
- Demonstrated expertise in federal acquisition processes, FAR/DFARS, and other relevant federal regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
