ECS Corporate Services, LLC seeks an Auditing and Taxation Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing audit files and schedules for year-end US GAAP audits, FAR audits, and other audits. Collaboration with external auditors to manage timelines and resolve issues is also a crucial aspect of this role.

In addition to managing audits, you will work closely with Accounting Leadership to develop and implement financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with approved processes. Internal control testing procedures and providing guidance on GAAP and FAR compliance to internal teams are also part of your responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in tax laws and regulations impacting the AEC industry and government contracting. Preparation of state and local tax files and schedules and collaboration with external tax accountants to ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements are key components of this position.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in audit and tax management, preferably in the AEC industry or with government contractors, is required.
