Government Contracting Specialist

Tigua Inc. is a leading provider of government contracting services. We are seeking an experienced Government Contracting Specialist to lead the development of scalable and effective BD practices within our organization. This role will drive pipeline growth, optimize proposal development, and integrate technology solutions to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a structured pipeline management system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee and optimize proposal development processes to enhance efficiency and success rates.
- Design and implement BD processes and systems using scalable technology solutions, including Capture Exec and SharePoint.
- Provide actionable data-driven briefings to leadership on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and BD outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in federal government contracting.
- Proficiency with Capture Exec, SharePoint, and CRM systems.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 per year.
