Role Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our Production team. This role is essential for ensuring the quality decoration of premium products for our clients. It presents a fantastic opportunity to be part of our dynamic team during peak production periods.

Shift Availability:

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday - Thursday and 2 pm - 6:00 pm Friday

Key Responsibilities:

A successful Machine Operator will:

  • Efficiently and safely operate various production machinery.
  • Work at a standing workstation equipped with ergonomic floor mats for enhanced safety and comfort.
  • Learn to hoop and prepare soft goods for operation on an embroidery machine.
  • Utilize hand-eye coordination to thread machines and change needles as necessary.
  • Read and accurately execute production work orders and instructions.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and supervisors.
  • Monitor the proper functioning of assigned embroidery machines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Assist with additional projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills for reading and printing work orders as needed.
  • Proficiency in English to understand safety protocols and training requirements.
