About the Role:

Circle Logistics is seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Strategist to join our team as an Inside Sales Manager. This dynamic role will involve driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a portfolio of business opportunities with the Director of Business Development, leveraging your sales expertise to grow the company's revenue.
  • Qualify potential customers through telephone calls and face-to-face interactions, showcasing our comprehensive supply chain solutions and highlighting the benefits of partnering with Circle Logistics.
  • Presentation of our service offerings to customers, detailing the value we can bring to their logistics needs and preparing written proposals to demonstrate our capabilities.
  • Convert prospects into customers, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Manage opportunities, projects, and transactions with both prospects and customers, maintaining a lead list illustrating potential business opportunities and conducting regular progress updates.
  • Conduct cold calls to introduce Circle Logistics services to prospective clients, establishing strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Submit RFI/RFPs for potential and existing clients, showcasing our expertise in freight brokerage and TSP account management and demonstrating our ability to deliver customized solutions.
  • Manage the sales funnel within the CRM tool, tracking key performance indicators and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Identify and communicate potential growth opportunities, working closely with the leadership team to drive business expansion and ensure the company's continued success and profitability.
  • Meet key growth metrics, including total revenue and margin, by developing and executing effective sales strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Freight brokerage, TSP Account Management or Sales Experience required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
  • Proficient in Google Drive and Excel, with strong skills in vlookup, pivot tables, and report creation, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and multitask effectively, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to be available after hours and weekends if needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering results that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
