The Sales and Marketing Director will lead our marketing and sales programs, providing strategic leadership through market analysis, relationship management, and collaboration with executive team members to define and achieve clear goals and targets aligned with our overall objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, setting measurable goals, targets, and KPIs to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and oversee a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive sales performance and meet or exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing models, incentive programs, and marketing campaigns to maximize revenue and brand awareness.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, industry influencers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and partnerships.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering return on investment (ROI) on marketing expenditures.
  • Ensure branding consistency across all communication channels, collaborating with various departments to promote a unified message.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, promoting innovation and excellence within the team.

We seek a highly skilled professional with a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or social sciences and a minimum of five years of experience in a director-level sales and marketing role at the community level and/or regional sales experience.

Key skills and strengths include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with individuals and groups.
  • Demonstrated numerical ability to evaluate statistics, plan, and budget.
  • Demonstrated organizational ability to plan and control facility activity and personnel.
  • Demonstrated capacity to recruit and retain exceptional talent.
  • PUBLIC RELATIONS ABILITIES TO COMMUNICATE ALL ASPECTS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
  • Demonstrated conflict management skills with flexibility to adapt quickly to crisis situations.
  • Demonstrated capacity for team building.
