About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Sell our In-Home warranty service to customers on every call
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months of previous customer service experience
- Technical aptitude to pass our readiness assessment
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
